What data we process and why

If you contact us by email or telephone (enquiries, groups, schools): your name, contact details and the content of your message, so we can reply and organise your visit.
If you buy tickets: the data you provide on the official platform entradas.bosqueencantado.net, to manage your purchase and issue your ticket with a QR code.
If you expressly agree: your email address, so we can send you news and promotions from the park.

This website has no registration forms and does not ask for personal data to browse it.

Legal basis

The fulfilment of your purchase or the service requested, your consent (for marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time) and compliance with legal obligations (for example, tax obligations).

How long we keep your data

For the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. Data used for promotions is kept until you withdraw your consent.

Who your data is shared with

Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required or with providers who supply services to us (payment, ticket sales, web hosting), with whom the required data processing agreement is in place.

Your rights
